send email to removed domain
Hi Allwe have no luck sending emails to companyACan send to the rest of the world, just not comopanyAWe changed the accepted email domains in recipient polocies.We used to accept from all companyA.com(this has been removed)now we accept for office.companya.com(This has been added)Any ideas on whats the issue and how i can fix it ?

Yes we used to accept all email for that domainWe now accept email only for a sub domain

At this stage there is no NDR. They end up in a catch all mailbox on server office.company.com. They shouldnt be delivered to that server at all. They should be sent from that server to company.com mail server(Well tahst waht i want to achieve)

Whats your exchange version? Is this a normal outbound mail flow issue with a specific external domain? Does the issue happen if any of your internal users attempt to send mail to company A?
