Hi John, To allow "Send On Behalf Of", open the properties of the mailbox you wish to delegate this right from in the Exchange Management Console. On the mailbox properties, selec tthe Mail Flow Settings Tab, the open Delivery Options. You can then add a person who can "Send on behalf of" this user. If you would prefer the Send-As permission (so it doesn't say "on behalf of" when sent by Outlook), right click the mailbox object in the Exchange Management Console and choose "Manage Send As Permission".
