Hi, This is a wellknown tool to check the Exchange connectivity https://www.testexchangeconnectivity.com There may be multiple reasons for send mail doesn't works. The basic steps are 1. Check whether your routers port 25, port 110, port 443, port 995 are opened already. 2. The MX records on your websites DNS records should point to your Exchange Servers. Some times the settings are being managed by hosting company. Regards from www.windowsadmin.info

Make sure you haven't activated the client protection fore-mail. That will block outbound connections on port 25!---Rich MatheisenMCSE+I, Exchange MVP--- Rich Matheisen MCSE+I, Exchange MVP
