sent item stuck
Hi all, i have a user who has sent an email which exceeds the send limit. the user is now saying the sent item is sat in the outbox on her iphone and will not send / delete or anything else. The user said they can not use the iphone for other email as this stuck email is blocking everything else. Is there a way in exhange to remove this large sent item for the effected users outbox without needing to increase the send limit? any help would be much appreciated thanks

Yes couple options. Log into his OWA and delete it from his sent items there. If that doesn't work see if you can do a shift + delete in his outbox in his outlook. i will try the OWA option first, the email does not appear in the Outlook client, it is only on the iphone
