Is it possible to share three different personal contact files to one?

The situation is:

three managers one secretary.

Three personal contact maps from each manager. The assistent wants merge these files into one overview and into one file map. so she can print list on catagory...

And most of all is it possible that when one of the managers adds a new contact that this contact automatically synchronise into the main map of the secretary.

Hi Eduard,

From the description, you want to display all shared contacts from the three managers in one overview, am I correct? If this is the case, I'm afraid there is no build-in option available to achieve the goal. Maybe you can try finding some third-party add-in to make it.
