When I add a new taskfolder and share this with my collegea's everything works just fine.

However, me as owner of the folder can see, search and filter everything. So I set up a nice filter to see ALL tasks at once in my reading pane. Bur when my collegea's add the samen filter they just see their own tasks.

Is it possible and how to see the tasks from different (shared) folders in one pane?

What filter did you set to see all tasks?

By "reading pane" do you mean the middle part or the right part of Outlook window? Would you please provide a screenshot to use so that we can understand it more clearly?
