shared mailbox
Hi, I have a requirement for a team to share responses from clients. to clarify I need to have any reply sent to all members of the team instead of only one member. a distribution sounds easy but when they send email our clients neglect to always reply all or send to the list instead they send to one team member. is there a way to force any email sent from the team to send to a list all members will receive?aside from creating a 'teamuser' and add the mailbox to all and have them send emails from that user (I fear this will cause issues, let me know if I'm wrong here)Thanks!Aaron

Using Exchange 2007? A hub transport rule could do this for you. ( Copymessages from certain users to another user or group)http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa998860.aspx Overview of Transport Rules

After creating the rule, I would restart the transport service to speed things up.http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb124703.aspxUnderstanding How Transport Rules Are Applied in an Exchange 2007 Organization
