hello, my transport rules work the way we need however on replies and forwards they append at the bottom of the email and not the paragraph. signature (as a disclaimer)

Wondering if there is a rule to help me apply a simple re or fw signature under the paragraph and not as a disclaimer.

That's the default behaviour of Exchange, and you can't change it as far as I know. I would recommend a third party add-in such as Exclaimer Signature Manager if it's important enough to you.

I was afraid of that, yes we've tried Exclaimer and that works but we like our existing signature better its just that one hang up people don't like.
