I've been asked to designing the upgrade from 2007 to 2013. total of 4 servers (2 per site, with 1 server in each site having site failure capabilities for other site)

Paris: 2 members of a 3 member dag where 3rd member is in Lyon (Paris has 2000users)

Lyon: 2 members of a 3 member dag where 3rd member is in Paris (Lyon has 2000users)

Thoughts for it:

Local services is necessary when WAN link fails or else 2000 users cant access email if databases dismounting.

I need to place the FSW somewhere but not sure where.

Can someone help me understand if this will work once I know where to put the FSW

http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd979799(v=exchg.150).aspx but it talks about multiple DAG's but that's a LOT more servers :( and extra complications which may not be needed.
