I am on windows 7 and outlook 2007 - over the last week my "view" on populating "Inbox" folder content and when changing between folders like moving to "sent items" or "deleted items" is extremely slow. My friend is having a similar problem - does any one have a solution?

What version of Exchange are you connecting to? What SP level is Outlook 2007? Is Outlook in Online mode or Cached mode? Are you inside the network or outside the network? Hi, Please check if your outlook is running on cache mode: a. Click Tools->Options->Mail setup tab->E-mail Accounts. b. Highlight the outlook account, click Change. c. check the "Use Cached Exchange mode" checkbox and restart the outlook.
