Hi All Exchange 2007 RTM running fine. All roles on 1 server Logged on as admin which is verfied in users and computers\microsoft exchange security groups\exchange org admin\members. running setup.com /mode:upgrade organisationcheck 100% ok roles checks = "user must be a member of the exchange organisation seucrity group" Ran setup /schemaprep with the sp1 binaries just to double check, went succesfully. It is the 32BIT version of the RTM and as far as I can see the 32BIT version of sp1, otherwise it woudl surely fail at the first. adsiedit returns the same results as the users and computers. Also in the security properties of the object domain\msexchange secuity groups\exchange org admin the'domain admin' has full control. Any help with logging or other pointers so I can find out where the permissions are failing would be brilliant. Thanks v much

Is this a multi-domain forest in your test lab? what's the output for get-exchangeadministrator ... is the installation account listed under OrgAdmin?
