I would like to ask all of you that is it possible to run srvany.exe in service.msc on widows server 2012 r2 64bit ? 

I created service using sc command but can't start the service. When I start the service, it is stopped immediately.

I need your help for that issue.

Yes. Despite not being "officially" supported on newer versions of Windows, Srvany will work fine on Windows Server 2012 R2. Using it should get around the problem of your service stopping immediately...
