Hi Experts, I have a bi-weekly recurring appointment in my outlook calendar with approx. 15 invitees. It has disappeared from several calendars (including mine) but not all. This is the second time this has happened. Is there an issue with Outlook? It is entirely possible that I made a mistake the first time but I am sure I didn’t this time, and if it was an error, would it not have cleared everyone’s appointment? Can anyone point me on the right direction?

Hi, Please try to check the appointment from OWA or Online mode with outlook to see if the issue would occur. If the issue occur to OWA user, then I recommend you to update your Exchange Server to the latest version and then check the issue again. Hi, You might start by disabling cached mode, deleting his cache files and then re-enabling cached mode. Dinesh
