suspected bug
I'm in the process of rolling out Ops Manager and part of the Exchange 2007 Management Pack is to run new-TestCasConnectivityUser.ps1I have run into a bit of an issue, details:- We do not have a flat DNS namespace- Our domain is "DOMAIN" our DNS zone is "domain.local" - Each office has its own sub zone, for example Vancouver is van.domain.local I run the command "new-TestCasConnectivityUser.ps1" and when it gets to the Test-ActiveSyncConnectivity part of the script rather than use DOMAIN\username it uses the DNS Suffix of the Exchange server (VAN.DOMAIN.LOCAL\username) which of course does not exist. As a result I get this error message: Could not find or log on with user VAN.DOMAIN.LOCAL\username. If this task is being run without credentials, log on as a Domain Administrator, and then run the new-TestCasConnectivityUser.ps1 to verify that the user exists on Mailbox server van-mx2.van.domain.local Additional information: 1326 The same problem occurs if I run Test-ActiveSyncConnectivity on its own.I haven't installed rollup 4 but will be doing that shortly to see if it resolves my problem.Any tips/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.- mot

Hi,
Actually, that is the bug when using MOM after deployed Exchange 2007in disjoint namespace.
The relevant request already has been submitted to Product Group. From the state, they are still working on this issue.
If any update comes up, I will inform you.
Thanks
