I'm looking to set up my work email on my windows phone, please help.

As per the information and details provided by you, to sync outlook email with windows phone, please follow these steps: -

To sync an email account with windows phone

When you sync your email account, all the information from that account will be updated, including folders, calendar and tasks.

1. On Start, tab the email account you want to sync.
2. Tap Sync. If you are in a linked inbox, all of the linked account will be synced.
3. When your email is done syncing, you will see a message at the top of your screen that its up to date.

To sync a folder

Once you have synced a folder to your phone, that folder will be synced on the same schedule as the rest of your inbox that account.

1. Open the account that has the folder you want to sync.
2. Tap More > Folders.
3. Tap Show all Folders, then tap the folder you want.
4. Tap Sync this folder.
