I have two outlook instaled on desktop and laptop with the same gmail acoount which installed also on my smartphone (gamil acc)

The inbox is synchronized between desktop and  laptop

but the calendar not, 

How to synchronize the two computers calendars

Hi Maher,

IMAP protocol can sync your emails between different devices, but it can't be used to sync Calendar and Contact. We have to find some third-party sync tools to achieve the goal. You may have a look at the following article which listed some useful tools:
