Is there a way to share a task list across two separate domains?

If it is shared task list on Public
Folder, you
can replicate the PFs across the forest with InterOrg
utility.

Unfortunately, it's not. It is only one person's task list that resides in one domain, and he wants to share with the owner of the company, which is in another domain. Thanks for the reply! This one has me stumped........
