Having an issue with an Exch 2007 server dropping MOM alerts sporadicly for: The Test-Mailflow task failed when sending test message from EXCHANGE\SystemMailbox{8726458D-5A19-41D5-878E-9D9672774E02}@contoso.com to EXCHANGE\SystemMailbox{8726458D-5A19-41D5-878E-9D9672774E02}@contoso.com. Response to rule: "Execute: Test-Mailflow (Local) diagnostic cmdlet. (Report Collection)" To see the current problem, look at the events associated with this alert and find the most recent event. The link gives you: Verify that the account that is used to run the Test-Mailflow cmdlet has the following permissions assigned: Exchange Server Administrator role and local Administrators group for the server where the cmdlet is run CHECK Verify that the target Mailbox server has a System Mailbox mailbox for each mailbox database that exists on the server. (How do I do this? We have two databases, and get-mailbox *system* doesnt return any) Review the Operator Console for detailed information about the cause of this alert.
