I much doubt so. The number of people using source code control in Access was VERY tiny. In fact most Access users dont even know what the feature is.
To be fair, you can even use GIT with Access and SCC.
In a way, I wished I blogged and wrote more articles about how great of a feature and ability this was in Access. In a way, I feel somewhat guilty that I did not spend more time promoting the use of this feature. We the Access community are much at fault, since we did not promote and write about this great feature in Access. No users of feature = little reason to keep maintain and developing this feature in Access.
Worse, is many forget to vote for such features. Remember, when an application like access crashes, and you have the ability to send report check for a fix, then statistics about your use of Access features is gathered. I am willing to bet once in a blue moon they get usage data about SCC in Access. I dont know of anyone using this feature except for a few lone developers like me!
I thus very much understand that FEW people used and even realized that SCC can be used with Access. With a super tiny user base of such a feature, then little surprise the feature is being depreciated.
And to be fair? I much understand the reasons for this feature being depreciated, but as a developer I am saddened to see this feature go.
There are some 3rd party alternatives bubbling up, but the built in UI and support in Access for SCC (Source Code Control) was a very cool and useful feature.

Hi Redrose,
>>Support for tfs was removed In Access 2013 which stopped us upgrading to it as we use tfs through out the business. Will this support be re-intoduced in the next version of Access?
This forum is discussing about developing Access, since your issue is more related about Access 2013 features, I would move this thread to more related forum for help.
