Are we talking about Exchange 2010 here? Verify that you can resolve the name of the CAS from the workstation using ping, both the FQDN (cas.company.com) and NetBIOS name (CAS). What do you see when you run:
Get-ClientAccessServer | fl Name,AutoDiscoverServiceInternalUri
Is the URL correct to reach your CAS?Ed Crowley MVP "There are seldom good technological solutions to behavioral problems."

Access the Mailbox using OWA and Post the result.
Are you configuring it in Cache Mode or Online Mode. Try some other machine.
Is there any other mailbox which is working, if yes than check the autodiscover Gulab | MCTS-MCITP Messaging: 2010 | MCTS-MCITP Messaging: 2007 | MCC 2011 | Skype: Gulab.Mallah

Hmmm, that means there is issue with you client server (CAS).
Check the NIC binding order on CAS server and correct it.
Check in DNS if you have issue with DNS.Gulab | MCTS-MCITP Messaging: 2010 | MCTS-MCITP Messaging: 2007 | MCC 2011 | Skype: Gulab.Mallah

You have to ensure that clients can connect to the CAS and your URLs are properly configured.Ed Crowley MVP "There are seldom good technological solutions to behavioral problems."

Also make sure that the Windows Firewall is turned off, if temporarily, on the CAS, or the proper rules are enabled to allow ping and all required protocols for the CAS.Ed Crowley MVP "There are seldom good technological solutions to behavioral problems."

Hi Sya,
Please also try to manually configure the outlook profile. If it works, please run autoconfiguration test:
1. While Outlook is running, press the CTRL key and then right-click the Outlook icon in the system tray and then select “Test Email Autoconfiguration”.
2. Confirm that your email address is in the address field, uncheck “Use Guessmart” and “secure Guessmart authentication” boxes. Then click
the “Test” button.
3. In log tab, check if outlook can successfully connected to the autodiscover service. Please capture the screenshot of the logs then post it here. Please remember to click Mark as Answer on the post that helps you, and to click Unmark as Answer if a marked post does not actually answer your question. This can be beneficial to other community members reading the thread. Thanks Gen Lin-MSFT
