Hello,When a user connects/disconnects his notebook to a dock station three timesoutlook 2003 client cannot connect to exchange server (2007) again. The send/recieve error says network problems, but no issue with pings etc.The exchange app log reports thisEvent ID 9646 Source: MSExchange ISMapi session "/o=tuvos/ou=Exchange Administrative Group (FYDIBOHF23SPDLT)/cn=Recipients/cn=osman cebeci" exceeded the maximum of 32 objects of type "session".1. I changed the network cable but nothing changed.2. Then I delete/create the user and mailbox but unfortunately no changes again.3.Also I could not setup this account from another outlook client. It is really strange situation any ideas about to solve this problem ?How can i monitor mapi sessions opened from one user on Exchange 2007.?P.S. : I do not want to adjust Mapi sessions from registry .Best RegardsOsman CEBECI

What network card are you using? This is probably related to your network card drivers and something called TCP Chimney (includedin W2K3SP2... see KB 912222). Most network cards do not have issues, but some do. Try updating your drivers, but if this fails you can turn off TCP Chimney by using the following NETSH command... netsh interface ip set chimney disable There is additional information over at the SBS blog (http://blogs.technet.com/sbs/archive/2007/04/24/common-networking-issues-after-applying-windows-server-2003-sp2-on-sbs.aspx) HTH Shawn

did you get this problem resolved? I'm having the same issue but with only 2 or 3 users. I can't recreate the problem but the user gets locked out of Outlook 2003. I've had one user that's had problems for almost a week and Outlook still won't connect. thanks,

Try granting the user permissions to 'view information store status' on the store in question. This resolved the issue for me.

Hi,Granting the user permissions to 'view information store status' on the store did not solve the problem. I get the same error for different user. Any ideas ? (User machines restricted and users have no program installation right. I'm sure that there is no installed program which cause this problem like google desktop etc....)Best Regards.Osman CEBECI

Hi,See http://support.microsoft.com/kb/842022 What i did was just assign the view information store status permission to everyone on the mailbox store.....This solved my problem.

What caused this problem on your client? Was it some add-on software or something? -- leea

I have seen this when a user opens too many messages at one and I have seen it when they forward a bunch of messages at one. Third party apps could do this, too. I have one user that is ALWAYS running in to this limit, but I have never figured out what she is doing to hit it.
