tracking emails sent by application
Hi,
I have an user who has an application confirmation via email. She wants see the emails that were sent using the application in her outlook. Is it possible? If so how?

From my understanding no. She cant use Outlook to see where the application has sent the emails. The email is sent to her, I suppose she want to know where else the email has gone. She can't do this.

Shouldn't the application be keeping track of this sort of thing? If
not, then the application should be Bcc the person asking for the
information.

Hi,
Without the recipients’ respond, the sender can’t know the email has been sent to the recipients. But when sending emails, the sender can insert a read recipient (Options->select ‘Request a Read Recipient’). After the recipients
agree to send a read recipient, the sender will get the confirmation. Usually, the important emails will use this method.
