There is no way to guarantee that. I'm curious as to the reasons for this export/import - why can't user A simply share his or her contacts with User B? Data duplication = bad. If this data is something that needs to be shared between multiple users, put it in a public contacts folder with carefully confgured permissions. Lanwench ** Do not fold, spindle or mutilate. So if user B needs user A contacts, I can create a Public Folder from user A Outlook and give only read permissions to user B, then from user B Outlook I add the Public folder or it will be added automatically ?

If the *company* or *department* wants to move items out of individual mailboxes (which I think is a good idea), create a public contacts folder, set up the permissions as you wish, and have the users move their contacts therein. Each user will probably want to add the public folder to their Public Folder Favorites and have it show up as an Outlook address book - that's easy if you send them instructions or just do it for them.Lanwench ** Do not fold, spindle or mutilate.
