transport rule not working - exchange 2007
Everyone's max receive size is set to 10MB (via default receive connector)
I have created the following transport rule , to catch 10MB + attachments and redirect to
support@domain.com, so the IT team can resize the images or documents and on-forward to colleagues.
We still want the standard oversize NDR to be generated to the sender, so they understand the problem and hopefully address in future.
This rule is not being applied during testing, even set priority to 1 and recycled the transport service.
FYG, the receiving mailboxes ( support@domain.com )have been set individually to accept emails up to 30MB.
The system is instead just sending the NDR and not redirecting the email with the oversized attachments.
I'm sending the email from gmail.com account

Hi,
How are your send and receive connectors configured? Because you have different levels of where to set the max attachment size at organization level. The limit on the support mailbox which is 30MB will do nothing when your organization levels are below that
limit. For more information read the following article:

Hi
I have made these changes, and still not working.
Organisation Configuration > Send connectors > Maximum message size (KB) = 30720
Global Settings, max receive and send = 30720
Server configuration > Hub Transport > Default Receive connectors + all other receive connectors Max message size = 30240
Even after settings these limits , the system is still not redirecting the email to
support@domain.com, restarted transport service.
Just generates NDR to with following;
Recepient@domain.com
#< #5.2.3 smtp;550 5.2.3 RESOLVER.RST.RecipSizeLimit; message too large for this recipient> #SMTP#
