Maybe you can read these two link for some help: http://www.msexchange.org/tutorials/Exchange_2003_Move_Mailbox_Wizard.html; http://support.microsoft.com/kb/822892; There may have size limits on the destination server, including mailbox size limits, can prevent successful mailbox moves. Exchange Server 2003 Standard Edition includes a 16-gigabyte limit. Also, you can select "View detailed report when this wizard closes" to see if any error when complete. Best/newtechman

Hi, we are trying to move a 1.1 GB mailbox from one exchange 2003 server to another exchange 2003 server but it doens't even start the move? is there a maximum mailbox size that can be moved?

In Exchange 2003 you are limited to Exchange database maximum size, Standard versus Enterprise , MB can grow as long as the database have room for it. its a new server so the mailbox store is under 1 gb in size
