Hi,You need to allow the Oracle server relay permissions on the exchange server.http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb232021.aspxLeif

Assuming you are using Exchange 2003 server You need to put in the ip address of ERP system to Exchange Defult SMTP VS. Open EMS Expand Bridgehead/Connector server if you have any. Expand Protocols Expand SMTP folder Right click on Default SMTP Virtual Server. Click on Access ->Click on Relay Tab click on Add tab enter the ip address. stop and start Default SMTP Virtual Server. What account does the oracle application use to send the email to external sender, Can you check whether that email address is a valid one (Does it have a contact in your AD)
