Does it work locally on the Exch server? Restart IIS or even the server and test again locally.Sukh

Hi When you ping the server by name does it resolve to the correct IP address? If it doesn't resolve correctly or at all then look at DNS. If it resolves correctly but then times out it is most likely the local firewall on the servers or some other network component causing the problem. Are are these servers on the same LAN and do you have any load balancers or internal firewalls configured? Steve

Yes, when i ping to server using name it's resolve ip address correct but get "Request time out" We have Network Firewall Ok, i will check with Network team one more time and let you know there are 100+ system in the same LAN and that are accessable wihtout having any issue Thanks for your suggestion, REgards, Swapnil Regards, Swapnil Jain

If you can resolve on the server without issues and you cant do so on the clients, then there's something blocking it, typically you need to focus on the network, trace the route from the client to the server and involve your network team. Seems to be blocked.Sukh
