Hi, I cant activate Office. I upgraded from Office 2010 and this version keeps saying I cant activate it but its the same account I have here so I'm not sure why its not activating? I cant preview/test it if I cant activate it.

If you purchased Office 2010 and now need to upgrade to Office 2013, you can't use the account to activate Office 2010 to activate Office 2013 directly, you need to purchase Office 2013 separately as well.
