Hi i am using exchange 2013 CU7, My users are using office 2010, Few of my users are not able to change outlook from arabic to english.(Inbox,Draft, Sent Items Deleted Items all of these are in arabic) i even set the default language to english , i have set the office language preference to english but it desnot seems to be working.Please guide me

Is the Outlook interface display language showing in English correctly?

Have you checked the language from OWA? If the language in OWA is not showing correctly, we can try changing the language from OWA (Settings -> Regional -> Language) to see the result.

In addition, this issue may happen if the users mailboxes are set to use Arabic. We may follow the instructions in the following link to change the language for a user mailbox:
