unable to change language in outlook
Hi i am using exchange 2013 CU7, My users are using office 2010, Few of my users are not able to change
outlook from arabic to english.(Inbox,Draft, Sent Items Deleted Items all of these are in arabic) i even set the default language to english , i have set the office language preference to english but it desnot seems to be working.Please guide me

Thank you for your question.
When we change language, we could restart outlook to check if the issue persist:
The issue may be caused if the users mailboxes use different languages. We can change the language of the mailbox to change the language of the system messages.
We could refer to the following link to change languages for a user mailbox:

We can also logon OWA, choose the proper language from Settings -> Regional -> Language, check if this may be helpful to fix the problem.
