When we change language, we could restart outlook to check if the issue persist:
The issue may be caused if the users mailboxes use different languages. We can change the language of the mailbox to change the language of the system messages.
We could refer to the following link to change languages for a user mailbox:

We can also logon OWA, choose the proper language from Settings -> Regional -> Language, check if this may be helpful to fix the problem.
