hi, I am able to send and receive mails to individual mail IDs but unable to send and receive mails to groups in my organization. I am not receiving any errors regarding this, please advice me. naveen

If there is no error then how do you know you can't send to those groups? I assume these are mail enabled groups, did you check the exchange general tab to see if there were any delivery restrictions? If not and you receivie no errors at all track the messages through message tracking and see where they end up. Without knowing your architecture orhaving more detailsthat is the best suggestion I can give you at the moment.
