unable to start microsoft exchange routing engine
I am unable to start the microsoft exchange routing engine and when I try to start the service, it's giving me error 3: and Event id 116 is log. I also have a bunch of event id 9318 under the application log. GYIPT

Hi PGrama, Could you please post more information here, such as the version of the exchange and the detailed error log. If it is exchange 2003, and is a test lab, I would you could sratch restart the lab, maybe someting wrong the IIS, or other reasons. Regards!
