Hi I assume that you mean Exchange 2010, You should start be finding out why you have this error: "Active Directory does not exist or cannot be contacted" Can you ping a domain controller by fqdn? Is the exchange server using the DC as DNS server? Leif

actually i don't have domain on server i am using to for another propose and also i don't have active directory

Hi Francesco, Considering the errors about metebase and AD, I don't think it is possible to reset the computer account for the server. Not to mention the OP does not sure if it is a domain joined machine. Fiona Liao TechNet Community Support
