Do you have the 'MSMQ service' (Displayed as Message Queuing) service installed on the server?

if not add it through features & retry the install

Hi,

I recommend you manually try to do a iisreset to check the result.

In order to troubleshoot the issue more efficiently, I recommend you check the event log to find related event.
