I upgraded window 10 pro. I use 360 total security. I updated os and office through it. Now I cannot update ms office 2010 sp2. Every time it is downloaded and fails to update. I downloaded and when try to update. Update fail problem. I repaired office successfully but still problem persists.

How did you update? Did you download the SP2 then installed it manually?

Make sure you are trying to install the correct architecture(32-bit or 64-bit):

Service Pack 2 for Microsoft Office 2010:

http://www.microsoft.com/en-au/download/details.aspx?id=39647 (64 bit)

If you still have trouble, try updating in a clean boot state:

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135/en-au (don't forget to return to normal boot when finished).

As the description is simple, if the problem persists please let me know what the error message is.

Window 10 has problems. I do not know them. I had to reinstall it. Still It does not check updates , only 360 total security does so. Many times it hangs. Blue screen is showed any time and restarts. Then works fine for unknown time , may be long or few minutes. May work for three days very good. Then suddenly blue screen or hangs. Window 7 had no such problem.
