Does this person have an admin account? They also might have delegate access to some peoples inbox? I would also check that. Mark Morowczynskihttp://almostdailytech.com

Issue description: Some users can access certain users mailboxes Are accessible users all belong to one group or one store? What kind of permissions have been granted to Someone on the Others user account/ mailboxes, use Get-MailboxPermission and Get-Adpermission cmdlet on the Others to check, focus on the permissions, such as Full Access and Receive As, these permissions can allow users to access others mailbox If you dont see Someone in the permissions output, please check those admin groups which have been granted the Full Access or Receive As in the output see if Someone is the members in those groups References: How to Allow Mailbox Access
