I am using SharePoint 2010 and Office 2013. When I checkout a file in SharePoint page, "Use my local drafts folder" dialog is not appearing and file also not downloading to "SharePoint Drafts" folder. This feature is working in Office 2010.

Can you help me how to fix this issue.

Hi Raja,

As far as I know, the Use my local drafts folder functionality has been removed for Office2013. So if you have installed Office 2013 in your computer, then you will not get this prompt.

To get office files synchronized with SharePoint document libraries, you could use OneDrive for Business with SharePoint.
