user cannot send internal but not external

i have one user it worked good before.

now it cannot send internal but it can get email internal and send/receive external.

it do not send any error message, i checked log file saw send success.

help me pls.

it might be issue with the address book. try not to use auto complete address but manually type complete internal email address, that should work.

if it works in outlook>options>mail>empty auto complete list.

Hi,

To understand more about the issue, Id like to confirm the following information:

  1. Are internal emails still in the Outbox or some folder at the sender client?
  2. Can the problematic user send internal emails successfully through OWA?
  3. Have you tries multiple receiver? Please check if the emails are in the junk folder.
