user settings lost during office 2013 upgrade(from 2010)

user settings lost during office 2013 upgrade (from 2010)

-Sig file use is not applied

-secondary mailboxes do not load

-.pst's do not load

-reading pane, font, ribbon, and other small tweaks users made did not stay

HOWEVER - out of office, calendars all stayed

any way to make ALL user settings stick and stay from the upgrade?
