Use vbacode (use Alt+ F11) and run Outlook macro (Alt + F8). All contacts will be exported. For vCard export import purpose, paid tools are available. In last forum, I listen a name of vCard Magic application. You can google it and check the functioning.

Use of macro is unfamiliar for me. I am an office people and never ever listen about Macro in outlook except excel. Few clicks solution is best for me. Here, you put name of vCard Magic that came in few dollars but good to automate import export vcards procedure.
