view all shared calendars in AD
Ok, so her's the scenario. I have a mixed mode domain 08 and 03 servers; forest and domain @ 2003 levels. We have exchage 07, and currently use public folders for sharing calendars. I want to get away from public folders because of the "unsurability" of
Microsoft continuing support for them. My thought is to create a user account in AD for each shared calendar needed and use accordingly. (i.e. giving dept heads calendar account credentials so they can modify calendar and asign permissions as necesary.)
My question... is there a way for me to view all shared calanders created created for each dept in this manner, at the same time, in kind of an over view fashion?
Any help is greatly appreciated as I am in a time crunch. Thanks in advance!Ray Sperle

Give yourself permissions to that shared calendars, then go to add all the shared calendars to your Outlook or OWA. After that you can go to view all shared calendars.
