Have you tried testing the same issue within another web browser? If it works in another web browser, please try clear the cache of the current browser and then test the issue again.

In addition, what's the provider of your email? If you want to change your password, I'd recommend you contact your mail provider to get further. If it's an Outlook.com account, we can change your password from the following hyperlink:

https://account.live.com/resetpassword.aspx
