webmail diferent formatting
hi theresituation:in our company we have standartized signatures which are html-signatures with colors and so on.user normaly uses the outlook (fat client) signature and the user recieves the mail, the signature looks good.problem:if the user sends his email via outlook web access, as he composes the message, everything looks okay with the mail and the signature.it's also selected that it's a html mail in the web acccess options. but when the another recieves the mail sent via webmail, the formatting isn't there then. the formatting looks like a rich-text mail. links in the mail are displayed now as user@bla.com<mailto:user@bla.com> and not directly as link what would be normal if it would be a full html mail.question:does anybody know this problem and has some assistance? :)thanks, uerueluem

What is being used to add the signature (transport rule, third party product, etc)? What version of Exchange is being used?

Yes, please describe the version of the exchange and outlook Does the issue happen to inbound/outbound mail flow, or internal mail flow? Please also check the “Internet Message Formats” option for external domains, if the issue happens to the outbound mail flow only Resources: How to configure Internet e-mail message formats at the user and the domain levels in Exchange Server 2003 Exchange 2007: Managing Remote Domains James Luo TechNet Subscriber Support (http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/subscriptions/ms788697.aspx) If you have any feedback on our support, please contact tngfb@microsoft.com
