My question are, what is need more to installation Clustering? and what about Exchange 2007 Standard Edition can install and configuration or not?

Hi, There are a number of diffent clustering options in Exchange 2007 - see http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa998869(EXCHG.80).aspx You will have to create a new environment and migrate mailboxes / public folders to the new environment.
