I try to migrate the mailbox from one database to another. However, whenever I migrate the mailbox, it is always in the queue. Nothing changes.

Cancel the current migration batch and start a new migration.

How much is the size of the mailboxes

Also check for the logs in the event viewer for any related errors

Hi. It is necessary to look at a possible error. Make an inquiry about PowerShell, and see status. Try to move the mailbox to another database and migrate it again.

I already cancel the current migration batch and start a new migration. But it is still at the issue.

The mailbox is less than 2G.

I make an inquiry via Powershell. However, the status is always in the queue. Nothing changes. 

I have 3 database

1. CNXIAMBStore01

2. CNXIAMBStore02

3. NLAMSMBStore01

CNXIAMBStore01 and CNXIAMBStore02 DAG Group

I migrate mailbox from CNXIAMBStore01 to CNXIAMBStore02, The mailbox migration is still in the queue.

I migrate mailbox from CNXIAMBStore02 to CNXIAMBstore01, The mailbox migration is still in the queue.

I migrate Mailbox from CNXIAMBStore01 to NLAMSMBStore01, the mailbox migration is in progress.

I migrate Mailbox from CNXIAMBStore02 to NLAMSMBStore01, the mailbox migration is in progress.

In the database Tab

I found 

Name                                                   Bad Copy Count

CNXIAMBStore01                                            1

CNXIAMBStore02                                            1

Then I resume it. it is healthy

But problem is at the issue? migration is still in the queue

Hi,

By default mailbx migartion will do onlly 4 at a time. if you want you can modify it. 

Any error message on it while in the queue ? also check any pevious message n the queue,

Hi,

Please try to restart the Mailbox Replication Service.

We can Right-click a move request and choose Properties to see the status of that move request.

Please share some error message for further analysis.

Also check some related logs in the event viewer.
