I am on windows Vista & my windows Defender has stopped running...I don't know why...& they say in the help files U can turn it on manually but don't say how...I have looked every where still can not find out how to turn it back on. It will not open when I click on it. Pleeese someone if U know how to turn it back on...then tell ME!
