I am a registered user of windows vista ultimate oem.My dvd got broken accidently and i need one to format my pc.I downloaded a form from a link i got after talking to microsoft personal.But the problem is they can be paid only by paid by credit card and i dont have one.My dvd was bought from dubai and now i am in India.I got another form from oem.microsoft.com.but there is a area for coa.But mine is an oem version.What should i do? i need one dvd urgently.
