without on behalf of to send other email
Hi, I add the "send as" permission of test acount for one user, but this user still can not change the "from" line to test account, erro: you do not have permission to send email. the user already opened the test mailbox in the additional mailbox through outlook. How can I let this user send mail (from test account) without on behalf of as title. Thanks.

As per what James said, has replication occured yet? If you are unsure, and able to, you can restart the information store to have the permission take effect immediately. Is the exact error "You do not have permission to send on behalf of the specified user." If so, the next thing to check is that the test account is not hidden from the address lists.
