I don't understand why at the end of this article it says

The *-ResourcePolicy, *-WorkloadManagementPolicy and *-WorkloadPolicy system workload management cmdlets have been deprecated.

Does this means in exchange 2013 these commands are available but we shouldn't use these? . If yes then why are they in exchange 2013 exams?

Hi,

Starting with RTM and up through CU5, those workload command were available to configure System Workload Management. However, starting with CU6, these cmdlets disappeared, and the TechNet links were removed and replaced.
