Active Directory - Group Policy Object
Hi,
Is it possible to create a GPO that will allow/set permissions for domain users to allow them access to specific folders and registry keys on the C drive when the C drive is hidden and access is prevented?

Hi,
Based on my research, that there are no group policy could directly set permissions to specific folders. If you want some users could access those specific
folders under C drive, we could set NTFS permissions to those folder and have those users with read and other permissions.
To only allow some users to access to registry editing tools, we could set the policy “Prevent access to registry editing tools” be enabled
for others.
Though C drives could be hided, but users have rights still could access it. But system folders in C drives, only administrator could do changes to them.
In addition, hope AD RMS could achieve what you want to achieve.
